Municipal Capacity Index Assessment Completed

By the end of May 2011, the MLGA subcontractor finalized a draft Report based on the data collected during the third MLGA MCI Assessment that was conducted in the period March – April 2011. The total national average MCI score for 2011 is 46.31 points. The total municipal MCI scores in 2011 range between 22 index points and 87 points. Compared to the MLGA MCI assessment in 2008, municipalities improved their performance on average by 16.59 points...Read more. |

During May 2011, 21 municipalities had the Report a Problem Application installed on their web sites. The majority are still in process of designing banners that would fit the design of their web sites. Training on Construction Land Management Software Use

Program Committee defined curriculum for the trainings of municipal servants for construction land. The team of professors hired by ZELS developed a practical handbook with questions and answers. On 18 April 2011, the team of enumerators of GfK Skopje research company contracted by MLGA, finalized data collection from all 84 municipalities and the City of Skopje as a part of the third MLGA MCI Assessment.
